Brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Motueka hops. Fermented in Missouri Oak Foedors with two strains of Saison yeast and two strains of proprietary Brett strains. Finished on pineapple, dry hopped with Nectaron hops. 7% ABV

This Sour is conditioned on both prickly pear and lime puree. Prickly pear is a fruit that we found tastes more like watermelon than actual watermelon does when added to beer. After conditioning on fruit we added a dose of watermelon flavor to really brin

Paradise Lost Blueberry Vanilla Spice is a vibrant non-alc sour ale layered with ripe blueberry, smooth vanilla, and gentle spice. Tart, aromatic, and refreshing, it delivers full flavour and satisfying depth without the alcohol.

Juicy blackberry pops with bright, refreshing tartness, lifted by a zesty squeeze of lemon and rounded out with a soft touch of vanilla.
