Delivery Info:
**PLEASE NOTE** We have made changes to our delivery process
We offer same day delivery in Calgary if you order by NOON (12pm in the afternoon) and next day delivery if you order after noon. Or you can leave a note on your order to specify your preferred delivery day.
If you are ordering a gift to be delivered, please provide the recipient's contact info so that we can arrange a time for delivery.
CAUTION!!! You (or your recipient) MUST BE HOME to accept delivery. If the driver returns your order to the store, there is an $8 restocking fee regardless if you pay for a second attempt or come to pick up your order. PLEASE BE HOME. You will be notified by email with a link to track the delivery progress and a text message when they are close. Deliveries are made between the hours of 2:30pm and 7pm.
Please note that we do not ship outside of the province. There will be a $10 restocking fee for any cancelled orders to cover processing fees and time spent picking and packing your order. Thank you.
