Varieties.- 90% Monastrell, 10% Garnacha
Harvest and Preparation.- Harvest carried out at the beginning of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging in wood - aged for 6 months in French oak, a combination of barrels and 60 Hl vats. Only a small percentage of the oak is new.
Tasting note.- Deep ruby color. Intense aroma of ripe red and black fruits, minerals and spices. Finishes fresh and long, repeating the notes of black fruits.
