“Bumbu” – truly the original craft spirit. Using the same all-natural native spices and no artificial colors or flavors, this rum is an authentic revival of this piece of Caribbean history, distilled in small batches and blended by hand.
Rums from Barbados and Guyana are matured for five years in the Caribbean, transported to Jerez, further matured in solera systems of Dos Cortados Palo Cortado Sherry casks and then also Don Guido Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. 40% ABV
Zacapa No. 23 is derived from a blend of aged rums between 6 and 23 years old, originating from the “Sistema Solera” aging process. Zacapa No. 23 is aged in selected barrels that previously aged robust American whiskey, delicate sherries. 40% ABV
This rum has been laid down in oak barrels for at least 15 years then artfully blended using the Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still - for you to savour and enjoy.

Aged for a minimum of 1 year in charred American oak this classic bar essential offers subtle aromas with hints of citrus, vanilla and herbal elements over a spirity foundation; dry on the palate, delicately flavoured with light vanilla tones.
