The 2025 Pomona is a bright, lightly tart sour ale bursting with juicy Okanagan apricots and nectarines. Fermented with Lactobacillus and Sacc Trois, then aged 18 months in oak and conditioned on fruit, it’s a full-flavoured, time-tested delight. ABV 6.2%
