Brewed with pilsner malt and plenty of rice for a crisp malt character, it’s then dry hopped with plenty of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe to give lots of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit flavours, balanced by floral and pine notes.
It took 302 days in Woodinville Bourbon Barrels before they blended and packaged this beautiful beer. Consider it a bit of a remix, with added textures of sweet bourbon, toasted oak, and coffee notes blending into a rich tapestry.

A combo of Fonio and malted barley in the grain bill. They chose Hallertau Blanc hops to pair with the Fonio, to accentuate that light fruity character with soft notes of Sauvignon Blanc alongside cassis and elderflower from the hops.
