Un Petit Peu 2023 is a new iteration of one of our earliest releases and it's the first time we have returned to a favourite combination of hops, Barbe Rouge & Mistral. This vintage is a blend of 1, 2, 3 & 4 year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels.

Blindman Brewing Peach Buzz Peach Honey Lager is a 4.9% ABV, 473ml craft beer from Lacombe, Alberta, described as a refreshing, light-bodied lager featuring peach and honey .

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops, this IPA shows juicy citrus, tropical fruit, and white grape notes. Belgian yeast layers in classic spice, banana, and earthiness, creating a complex interplay of modern vibrancy and Old World tradition.

A honey lemon lager brewed for easy sipping and pure refreshment. Crafted with real lemon juice and locally sourced honey from Gull Lake Honey Co (Lacombe, AB), this crisp, golden lager delivers a light sweetness balanced by a bright citrus zing. 4% ABV

Little Espresso Martini with a coffee Stout base, cold brew concentrate, espresso Vodka and vanilla. 10% ABV

Blindman Brewing crafts their crisp, dry ciders using locally sourced Alberta apples. Their cider pours with a light straw color and is distinctly dry and tart without being overly sweet or cloying.

A medium bodied porter with dark fruit and chocolate notes, followed by a smoky finish. 6.5% ABV 25IBU

Since we believe that filtration removes too much flavour the haze sticks around. This, combined with a light whirlpool hopping and a robust double dry-hop, results in a big tropical fruity/citrusy aroma and taste; hence juicy. 5.5% ABV
