Boneshaker is a 7.1%, 80 IBU unfiltered IPA from Amsterdam Brewing in Toronto and it features Amarillo, Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops as well as four different malts. This is a delicious, extremely well balanced beer that starts off with some earthy bitterness followed by a little citrus and malty sweetness. Finish is dry with an interesting peppery, pine flavor in the aftertaste. Not sure why I've never tried this before but I'll be adding it to my regular rotation.
