The online gift card feature is still in the development phase. PLEASE NOTE that the recipient does not receive who the gift card is from or your message. Lightspeed is working quickly to resolve this issue. We suggest you send the gift card directly to your own email and then forward that email with your own personalized message to avoid confusion for the recipient.
