Additional Notes:
Vineyard & Vine Age: This wine, crafted from organically grown grapes in high-altitude vineyards, draws character from clay-loam soils enriched with limestone and organic matter. The vines benefit from a moderate Mediterranean climate and are nestled within native Mediterranean woodland.
Cellar: Aliats Tinto from Bodegas Enguera undergoes a cold maceration for three days before fermentation. It is then aged for three months in second- and third-use French oak barrels, providing a subtle touch of wood and roundness.
