Lots of red fruits (red cherry, raspberry, plum), and herbal, oregano notes, followed by a palate that’s chewy and juicy with a solid tannic grip. 12.0% ABV
This wine comes from spalliera-trained Montepulciano vines planted in clay and limestone. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in tank for about a week before being pressed off. Élevage is carried out in stainless steel for four months before bottling.
