Our second collab with Bar Trove (downtown Edmonton), inspired by one of their cocktails. Raspberry purée meets Queen Mary black tea from Acquired Taste Tea, with a hint of Timut peppercorn and citric acid for bright tartness.

It took 302 days in Woodinville Bourbon Barrels before they blended and packaged this beautiful beer. Consider it a bit of a remix, with added textures of sweet bourbon, toasted oak, and coffee notes blending into a rich tapestry.

They present the 100th batch of beer & the first LAGER! A super crisp German-style Pils brewed with 100% floor-malted pilsner malt from Hogarth in Olds, AB and traditional German hops. 4.7% ABV

Made w/ 100% local malt (Red Shed & Hammer). It showcased Hammer's wood fired roasted chocolate and munich malts and Red Shed's Parkland Pale, rocky mountain and black bear malts. Smooth, velvety and chocolate malt characters make this beer shine. 6.0% AB

Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale. 5% ABV
