The beer itself is dry and slightly acidic, with soft brett aromatics, and complimentary herbal, floral, and citrus notes. 3.5% ABV

ASWC is a series of stouts we created to feature local coffee roasters, and observe the results of different beans in beer. We keep the ABV relatively low, the body chewy and voluptuous, and let the coffee do most of the talking. 5% ABV

Jelly King translates well to a non-alc version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. We sour the base of both the beer and the non-alc in the same way. 0.5% ABV

Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit. 5.6% ABV

Brewed with a neutral yeast, allowing the subtle interplay of hops and malt to shine through. Light floral aromatics, soft bitterness in the finish, easy to drink. 4.8% ABV
