ASWC is a series of stouts we created to feature local coffee roasters, and observe the results of different beans in beer. We keep the ABV relatively low, the body chewy and voluptuous, and let the coffee do most of the talking. 5% ABV

Jelly King translates well to a non-alc version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. We sour the base of both the beer and the non-alc in the same way. 0.5% ABV

Our Foreign Extra Stout salutes the old-school chromoly steel hardtails that started our love affair with mountain biking and beer. Pedal to the metal with herbal hops that balance a heavy frame of dark chocolaty malts. 6.5% ABV

Ultra refreshing Czech Style Pilsner featuring Saaz hops. Finishes light, crisp, and slightly bitter. 0.5% ABV

Nonny's Pale Ale is brewed with a healthy dose of Citra, Amarillo, and Galaxy hops. Expect big aromas of tropical fruits, and a finish of citrus and mellow bitterness. Non Alc. 0.5% ABV

This beverage is a mix of beer and carbonated lemonade with a hint of lavender, making it light and ridiculously refreshing. 3% ABV

Pours light hay yellow with a hazy hue. Smells of green and jasmine tea with light lemon peel notes. Taste of heavily steeped green and herbal tea. Notes of chamomile, jasmine, angelica root. Medium bitter finish, tastes of citrus rind. 0.5% ABV

This beer contains a unique yeast that brews a very low alcohol version of our classic hoppy beer. Using Mosaic and Citra hops, this brew is citrusy with tropical fruit hop aromas and bright red berry notes. Pairs perfectly with a good time. 0.4% ABV

Autonomic Mind is Irrational's natural progression to spicing up a solid base saison with its natural counterparts. The pineapple hits hard, finishing dry and spicy, with a nuanced tingly numbness from the peppercorns. 6.5% ABV

To get the chai essence in this concoction Irrational steeped our own blend of green cardamom, cinnamon, black peppercorn, ginger, and clove. Full bodied with a restrained alcohol level, with notes of chai masala, toffee, and chocolate. 5.8% ABV

Yellow in colour and solid gold in taste, after a few trips around the sun and more than a few attempts, our beloved Sky Rocket sticks the landing! This beer is a beautiful and balanced constellation with zesty, tropical Citra hops as its star. 6.4% ABV

Bright, clean citrus notes with soft peach, passionfruit and ripe orange flavours. Medium-bodied with a crisp and hoppy finish. The only thing missing from each sip is the booze. 0.5% ABV

Cat Lady was double dry-hopped to showcase the punchy, bright aromatics of Citra and Columbus. Aromatics of cedar, fresh strawberries and orange peel. Loads of bold grapefruit and crushed pineapple lead into a spicy, resinous finish. 7.2% ABV

This beer gives real margaritas a run for their money… & we think we nailed it! Using real lime and aging Señorita on pieces of tequila barrels, our Margarita Gose perfectly balances delicious beer with citrusy tropical beverage. 4.7% ABV

We brewed our paradise lost sour ale and fermented it on copious amounts of cherry. We aged the beer on a blend of spices to create flavours reminiscent of cherry pie and mulled wine. Pairs well with apres ski, crisp air and good company. 6% ABV
