Clear to slightly hazy, golden yellow with a fluffy white head in the glass, with warm Belgian fruit esters (pear-drop), strong malt-forward wafts of toffee and fresh baked bread, and pleasing spice notes on the aroma.

On the palate we got bright bursts of fruit and spice flavours and slight alcohol warming, think freshly baked pie. 8.5% ABV
