Its maturation takes place largely in Allier oak barrels and vats for a period between 12 and 14 months. Bottled without filtration, it is aged in the bottle for another 6 months before being released on the market. In the glass it shows a bright ruby red, with evident violet reflections and fruity aromas, especially of small berries and black cherry.
Harmonious, with a good structure, savory and slightly tannic, it is a wine that can easily mature for a period ranging from 7 to 10 years.
