A blend of 6 grapes from 5 regions in France, Grenache blanc & Viognier (Pezenas, Herault), Muscat d'Alexandrie (Canet, Roussillon), Chardonnay (Auvergne) and Ugni blanc & Grenache gris (Pinet, Languedoc). Short maceration on skins then aged in tank with the resulting wine bursting with white flowers, citrus, and stunning acidity.
